MEET THE CLAW GUYS

Devin Soldati, CEO

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bradley University with a B.S. in Health Science and a minor in Management and Leadership. I have been exposed to construction my whole life as my family is heavily involved in the trades. My experiences as a rehabilitation aide in a physical therapy clinic and a medical assistant in an orthopedics office have opened my eyes to the impact of labor-intensive jobs on the human body. I combined my passion for healthcare and my knowledge of biomechanics and anchoring machinery to improve the CLAW’s ergonomics. I’m always down for an impromptu basketball game or skiing trip, and if you ever get me on a bags board, you’ll never get me off…

Matthew Klein, CMO

I graduated with his MBA (Master's in Business Administration) from Bradley University in 2024. Prior to this, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management and Leadership and a minor in Marketing from Bradley's Foster College of Business. During our time at Bradley, Devin and I earned first place in multiple innovation competitions and I received an official proclamation for my entrepreneurial abilities from Bradley President Stephen Standifird and the Mayor of Peoria, IL, Rita Ali. In my spare time, I enjoy photographing nature, flying drones, hiking at National Parks, and spending time with his friends and family. Want to say hello? There’s a good chance of running into me at the local coffee shop!

Joe Soldati, COO

I have been a union millwright for thirty-six years. I have experience managing 130 workers as mechanical lead at Exelon nuclear station, which provided me with the knowledge to start a construction company, Central Millwright Services, which earned “business of the year” in 2012 through the regional Small Business Development Center. I enjoy hunting and fishing and have hand-fed a wild black bear a cookie on a fishing trip!
